– VirtualThe recipient will receive an email containing the gift-card code and the chosen experience. If you would like to make a surpriseenter the yours email address as recipient and we will send you the gift card in a few hours. pdf formatwhich you can print out and deliver in person!
– Gift-box: a real gift, it contains a physical gift-carda flyer with the instructions for use and a digital code to support environmental sustainability projects. Fully greenwith recycled materials and sustainable prints
Cicero's gift cards are very easy to buy and even easier to use.
Fill in the fields above indicating
- Value: the economic value of the gift-card (e.g. 200€)
- To: the recipient's email address (you can give multiple addresses separated by a comma so that multiple recipients can use the same gift-card)
- From: your name as you want it to appear in the email the recipient will receive
- Message: a personalized message for the recipient. Did you have a particular experience in mind? Tell them here!
- Delivery date: select when to send the email if you want to receive it on a specific date
As soon as you purchase the gift card, you will receive aconfirmation email. In case of Digital gift-cardthe recipient will receive from Cicero (on the date you selected) an email containing all the data entered, instructions for use and the discount code that you can use when booking for any experience!Â
In case of Gift-boxwe will ship it to the address you indicated in your order (expected arrival in 2-3 working days)
The gift card can be used as many times as you wish until the entire value is consumed.Â
To use a received gift card, simply enter the unique code received in the "Do you have a gift card?" box. The system will automatically discount the value of the experience and allow a checkout without requiring any payment other than the difference if the cart total exceeds the value of the gift-card.Â

All gift cards issued by Cicero Experience are valid for 12 months.Â
All the experiences organized by Cicero Experience are can be cancelled free of charge within 7 days from the start date.Â
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, where applicable) our professional considers it necessary to cancel the experience, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and you will be immediately offered a change of date, if desired, or a refund for the full amount paid.Â
If for any reason you encounter problems that could prevent you from participating in the experience, do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do everything we can to help you and, if necessary, arrange for a different date.Â

Our professionals will follow all applicable national and regional guidelines to guarantee you an experience in total safety, and will provide safety equipment (e.g. masks) in colour if they are not available.Â
Please note that the trader reserves the right to terminate the experience or any activity in the event of participants refusing to follow the instructions provided to ensure safety.
