All the experiences organized by Cicero Experience are can be cancelled free of charge within 7 days from the start date.
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, where applicable) our professional considers it necessary to cancel the experience, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and you will be immediately offered a change of date, if desired, or a refund for the full amount paid.
If for any reason you encounter problems that could prevent you from participating in the experience, do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do everything we can to help you and, if necessary, arrange for a different date.

Before starting the experience, make sure you have read all the directions, with particular attention to what our Cicero's recommend you to bring (where applicable)!
Remember to let us know during the booking process or by replying to the confirmation email any important information (e.g. allergies or intolerances, motor disabilities, etc.) to allow our Cicero to let you live the experience as safely as possible.

In order to ensure the safety of everyone, each participant in the experience is required to respect social safety distances and to wear the safety mask, with particular attention to places where this is mandatory (e.g. closed places, means of transport where provided such as cars, boats but not only).
Our professionals will follow all applicable national and regional guidelines to guarantee you an experience in total safety, and will provide safety equipment (e.g. masks) in colour if they are not available.
Please note that the trader reserves the right to terminate the experience or any activity in the event of participants refusing to follow the instructions provided to ensure safety.
