You don't know what coasteering is? The coasteering is an outdoor sporting activity, if you like, similar to canyoning, which consists of walking or water hiking along the sea-facing part of the rocky coastline, where sea and rock meet. The dive, l'exploration of ravines and the discovering biodiversity marina are the playful and educational elements that characterise it.
Immersed in one of Liguria's naturalistic jewels, the Portofino Regional Natural Park, the experience unfolds like this:
- Equipment check: 20-minute briefing with the pre-departure guide;
- To adventure: Between dives and climbing you will discover the hidden areas of the Portofino Natural Park, with a 2-hour and 30-minute walk among the rock formations of the coast;
- Tasty aperitif in Niasca Bay to celebrate the end of the day
The price of this experience is 95€ per person, inclusive of everything.

Absolutely! All our professionals do their best to accommodate special requests for the consumption of food and drinks, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and other foods.
It is sufficient to give prior notice of any allergies or intolerances (at least 96 hours in advance) in order to enable suppliers to supply materials correctly.

Should the experience require certain weather conditions (e.g. sun, snow, etc.) in order for it to be experienced safely and enjoyed by all participants, the professionals reserve the right to cancel any date 72 to 24 hours prior to the start time.
In such cases, Cicero Experience will immediately give the customer the option of postponing the experience to a new date, refunding the experience or issuing a gift-card valid for 12 months, depending on the customer's preference.
In order to be able to proceed with the purchase of our experiences and guarantee your place on the calendar, we require a payment in advance by credit card, bank transfer or in instalments with Scalapay™.
By choosing the credit card simply fill in the required payment and billing details when checking out your shopping cart. Once the payment is successfully made you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the experience.
We accept all major credit or debit card circuits: Visa™, Mastercard™, Maestro™, American Express™ or Apple Pay™.
By choosing the bank transfer you will receive your bank details by email. Upon receipt of payment, we will then send you an email with all the details of the experience.
Choosing as payment method Scalapay™ payment shall be made in three equal instalments with a monthly due date, without interest. The first instalment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be debited immediately upon purchase. Once the payment is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the experience.
In order to proceed with the creation of the order, and its correct electronic invoicing, whether by a member of the Cicero team or independently via the platform, the following data will be required: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, full home address and tax code.
If invoicing to a company is required, it will also be necessary to provide the VAT number, rather than the tax code, and the unique SDI recipient code (consisting of seven characters) for correct electronic invoicing.
The security of credit or debit card payments and the protection of the related sensitive data are guaranteed by the platform's TLS (Transport Layer Security) encrypted data transmission protocol and the payment system Stripe™ with 3D Secure technology.
Stripe™ is a world leader in payment processing and processes millions of payments every day on sites like Amazon™. It is verified by an independent Payment Card Industry (PCI) QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
From the moment the order is created, according to company policy, payment must be made within 7 days at the latest; after this date your order will be cancelled by the system.
Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows you to make purchases and pay in 3 convenient, equal instalments on a monthly basis.
The service is free of charge if the instalments are paid by the due date.
The first instalment (one third of the total value of the purchase) will be debited immediately upon purchase. The next 2 instalments will be charged monthly.

All experiences organised by Cicero Experience can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start date.
If for any reason you encounter problems that may prevent you from participating in the experience, the Cicero team will make every effort to meet your needs and, if necessary, arrange for a different date.
This communication, as for cancellation, must necessarily be made within 7 days before the experience takes place.
In the event that the booked experience is not available due to restrictions caused by Covid-19, Cicero Experience will immediately give the customer the option of postponing the experience to a new date, issuing a gift-card valid for 12 months, or refunding the full amount paid, depending on the customer's preference.
The same policy is adopted in the case of customers unable to travel because they are in quarantine. In these specific cases, proof of quarantine status is required.
In the event of force majeure reasons (e.g. adverse weather conditions for the experiences concerned), should our professionals deem it necessary to cancel the experience, even if only for safety reasons, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will immediately be offered a change of date, if preferred, or a refund of the full amount paid.
The purchase of a gift-card with a validity of 12 months or a value voucher does not provide for a refund, except for the normal right of withdrawal, subject to written notice, pursuant to Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), within 14 days from the date of receipt of the code, which, of course, must not have been redeemed.
Cicero Experience guarantees a refund of the fee paid for the purchase of an experience with a fixed date up to 7 days from the date of the experience. Once the request has been processed, please allow up to approximately 15 working days for the amount due to be credited.
